Cartella is the object you carry when what you carry matters. Flat, structured, composed. It is not a bag that opens itself to everything. It asks you to choose.
The body is cut from full-grain leather: a single uninterrupted surface with no external pockets, no visible stitching that draws attention to itself, no logos. The edges are hand-burnished and squared. The form is so restrained it reads almost as a tablet. Until the material makes itself known: the subtle warmth of the leather, the way it responds to the light, the way it resists and yields under the hand in equal measure.
The closure is a single turn-lock in hand-finished bronze. One movement. One decision. The interior is lined in smooth pale leather, divided by a single partition: one side for documents, one side for everything else. The discipline of a space that does not expand.
Cartella does not adapt to the contents. The contents adapt to Cartella.
